Before making your reservation through the “Contact” section or via email, we invite you to carefully read our policies and conditions. These are designed to ensure a pleasant, safe experience in accordance with current regulations for both you and us. By making a reservation, you automatically accept all the points detailed below.

💳 Payment Method

• All bookings must be paid for using a bank card via Paygold, a secure payment gateway provided by the associated bank.

• Once the booking is confirmed, a unique payment link will be sent to the guest via email, valid for 24 hours.

• If payment is not completed within that timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

• Payments via Bizum, bank transfers, cash on delivery, cash, or any other alternative methods are not accepted.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.

• If cancelled between 7 and 3 days before arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

• Cancellations made 2 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.

• To cancel, simply contact us using the details provided in the “Contact” section or the form available there.
   

🔁 Booking Modifications

You may request a change of dates, provided it is made in advance and subject to availability.There is no charge for modifying a booking, but availability for the new requested date cannot be guaranteed.

• Use of the property is subject to compliance with the rules outlined in this section.

• We reserve the right to cancel the stay without refund in cases of serious breach of the rules.

• To maintain the peace and integrity of the surroundings, we reserve the right of admission.

• Smoking or the use of illicit substances within the property is strictly prohibited.

• For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted.

• The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded.

• Any changes to the number of guests must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

• Check-in and check-out take place at 12:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed or in the event of exceptional circumstances. In any case, we recommend notifying us in advance if you anticipate arriving early or late.
   

📄 Guest Registration

In accordance with current legislation, all guests must complete and sign a registration form within 24 hours of arrival.

This document is required to report guests to local law enforcement authorities. Without completion of this document, it is not legally permissible to provide accommodation, even if payment has been made.

The personal data provided during the booking process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

Data processing will specifically comply with:

• Article 6 of the GDPR, concerning the lawfulness of processing.

• Article 13 of the GDPR, concerning the obligation to inform data subjects.

• Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, outlining the data subject’s rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

• Article 5 of the LOPDGDD, establishing data protection principles.

Your personal data will never be shared with third parties without your express consent, unless legally required.

   Check-in and check-out are both at 12:00 p.m.

2. How do I pay for the booking?
   Payment is made by bank card through Paygold, a secure payment gateway provided by the associated bank.

   If payment is not made within that time, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

3. Can I pay upon arrival?
   No. We only accept bookings that have been prepaid via the secure payment system.

4. Can I cancel a booking?
   Yes, cancellations are free up to 7 days before the arrival date.
   Cancellations between 7 and 2 days before incur a 50% charge.
   Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

5. Can I change the dates of my booking?
   Yes, you can request this, but it is subject to availability.
   We will always try to find an alternative that suits both sides.

6. Can I add or change guests in the booking?
   Yes, as long the maximum occupancy is not exceeded and we are notified at least 7 days in before the arrival date.

7. Are pets allowed?
   Although we undestand the importance of pets, they are not allowed except for service animal (i.e guide dogs). Thank you for your understanding.

8. Is there parking available?
   We do not have private parking area, but there are usually free outdoor spaces nearby within walking distance.

9. Does the property include bed linen and kitchenware?
   Yes. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, and kitchen utensils are provided.

10. Is smoking or drug use permitted?
    No. As per our policies, smoking and the use of illicit substances are not permitted inside the property.

11. Is Wi-Fi available?
    Yes. The property has private Wi-Fi. The password will be provided upon arrival.

12. What should I do if I have a problem during my stay?
